Deposits, Payments and Cancellation Terms

We require a 100% deposit of the total accommodation value to secure the booking.

Our systems and processes are aligned to take full payment up front upon booking, with a clear understanding that there may be an additional bill upon departure. Payment up-front confirms guest’s full intention to come and stay.
Fraudsters will disappear at this stage.
Visa and MasterCard accepted. No cheques accepted. Rates quoted in South African Rand.

Prices include 15% VAT

The cancellation fee is calculated as a percentage of the full accommodation value.

• 21-15 Days prior to arrival – 25%

• 14 - 8 Days prior to arrival – 50%

• 7 - 3 Days prior to arrival – 75%

• 2 - 0 Days prior to arrival – 100%

• On arrival or during stay – 100%

Refunding of deposits incur a 10% handling fee of total booking amount.
